Terrible. I was abused. I visited in the morning and got a quote. Gave them my design and told them I wanted it exactly the same. I went back to get my tattoo and my design had been changed without my consent as it was "too girly" in the artists eyes. I had an uncomfortable feeling the whole time I was in there.. and having lots of other tattoos I know how I should be treated. I told the artist I wanted to pull out. He threw the pair of scissors he had in his hand on the desk and yelled at me for "wasting his time". I do not recommend this shop Read Less

Had a walk in a couple of days ago, and Albert did an awesome job. This was my second tattoo and was considerably larger than the first so I really appreciated how much attention to detail and care he took with it :) Also showed me some of his work on realistic animal pieces and they blew me away, will definitely be back! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I was booked in to get a matching tat with my friends as well as having my daughters name added to where i already have my sons. From the moment i walked in Duff was really rude and abrupt. He claimed he didnt know he was tattooing a name today even though he was who i spoke to when i went in to book and put the deposit down. As he was drawing up a stencil he was commenting on how the tattoo is 'going to be a cunt' and 'why did i get stuck with this one'. Its unfortunate that he was so unprofessional arrogant and majorly lacking in customer service as the other 2 guys that were there were super friendly and went out of their way to make my friend comfortable as it was her first tattoo.
