Very professional yet so relaxed and lovely (first timer right here) Mark was absolutely incredible! Had a laugh along the way (sport related lol) I’m so overwhelmed I finally got one of many designs I’ve only dreamed of! However Mark’s talent and his personality has inspired me to not only save quicker but want to come back coz I know the job will get done and I was so overwhelmed I had to hold back the tears! I have wanted a sleeve for years but couldn't ever find an artist too really execute what I had in mind. I have watched Ugis work for some time and felt she would be perfect for exactly what I wanted. I couldn't be happier with outcome and Its turned out better then I imagined and she is outstanding artist and I am in love with my tattoo!!!... Got my first tattoo ever done yesterday by Ugi! I was a bit nervous at the start when I walked in but was immediately greeted by Ugi with a great big smile on her face which put me at ease straight away. Ugi knocked it out of the park with my tattoo, exceeding my expectations. Ugi explained everything she was doing with the placement of the tattoo and techniques she was using. I couldn't have asked for a better artist or tattoo for my very first! All the staff were so nice and the shops has such an awesome vibe to it. It made my first tattoo experience so amazing! Had Ugi as my artist. The tattoo was overall very well done but she refused to finish my sleeve after I had exprssed some concerns over the positioning of the tattoo. A great artist should put a client's conerns at ease and provide reassurance if there are any concerns, rather than simply refusing to continue midway through the process of a sleeve. Afterall, as clients we have to wear the tattoo for the rest our lives! I had confirmed my fourth appointment, showed up on time ...for my final session and waited for an hour, only to find that Ugi had not prepared for our final session to finish the sleeve. I was then told by her that she had thought about the final part my tattoo all night, and that she felt she was "not the right artist" to finish mt sleeve. While she did offer a referral to another artist,this was obviouly lessthan ideal and caused me unnecessary stress. It also shows very poor service a lack professionalism her part and the part of the studio. As a result, I would not recommend Ugi or Execution Ink to anyone. See More Read Less
