Had an 8.15 appointment. Was still waiting for at 8.50. so we left. What a waste of time.

A clean and colourful clinic with friendly receptionists. The GP's aren't very warm but their efficiency and professionalism is top notch.

Bad experience with total gp receptionist. I tried to make an appointment for wednesday 19th jan thursday for my kids and I was asking for a later time for an appointment. The receptionist responds th...
Bad experience with total gp receptionist. I tried to make an appointment for wednesday 19th jan thursday for my kids and I was asking for a later time for an appointment. The receptionist responds that there are 3 slots which are all in the morning, 3 times despite me asking for a later time. She started to become rude by saying "I've had to say it 3 times for the time availability" she even gave me the wrong doctor that I had asked for. She asked for my name and handed the phone to her manager, making it appear that I was in the wrong. I'm not recommend to anyone to come to this gp.
