Tan did an appauling job on my eyeliner tattoo. My face is now scarred beyond the shape that a fix up job could cover meaning I'll need laser if I want it fully corrected. It's true that my skin didn't respond to the ink well- but instead of stopping or even just trying to leave me with something mild and somewhat even, she kept going (cat eye style) and entirely lost the line she was supposed to be following. I entered her salon excited and confident from the positive reviews I'd read but left swollen, bleeding and crying, in pure disbelief that a procedure could go so wrong. Both eyes were uneven beyond comprehension. Tan said it was fine to go covering it immediately with make-up (which I have since learned is terrible advice) and then after reassuring me she would stay in contact and fix it when it had healed, she completely stopped reading or replying to my messages. Please don't get your face tattooed here- not only was it the worst experience I could imagine result-wise, but she is completely unprofessional. Even now she won't accept responsibility for her mistake, because of the form I signed acknowledging 'results can vary'. If this is how she treats her customers then don't risk being one. Read Less

I was extremely nervous to begin with but you took me through the process step by step and spent so much time measuring and drawing the perfect shape that I was happy with before commencing. My eyebrows have been over plucked and hasn't really improved over the years.
