Avoid at all costs. Worst tattoo place I have ever ever been too. Forget the fact the so called "tattoo artist" couldn't speak English and had to translate using his phone. The tattoo he did is crooke...
Avoid at all costs. Worst tattoo place I have ever ever been too. Forget the fact the so called "tattoo artist" couldn't speak English and had to translate using his phone. The tattoo he did is crooked all the line work is not straight very very wobbly and all different thicknesses. The ink is missing in parts were it wasn't finished off properly. Absolute mess of a job. Will have to go somewhere else and try and get it fixed somehow. Avoid this place at all costs. Can't believe that a place like this exists. This "tattoo artist" has probably never tattooed anyone else before the work was that bad. And to add insult to injury they charged $150 per hour. An absolute joke of a place!!!

went to south yarra ink to get a small tattoo, i didnt have a booking but everyone there was super helpful and i was able to get the tattoo that day and it turned out exactly how i was hoping if not better. everyone there was really friendly i would definitely recomend them to anyone looking to get tattooed

Would NOT recommend this studio, disorganised and impersonal, the crew at South Yarra Ink are not worth the high price of Ink in Melbourne. Deposit paid for artist to draw up a piece that they never did yet happily held on to the money. Artist i had booked with didn't show up on the day of my appt.
Tattoo studios are plenty in Melbourne yet real artists and friendly, reliable service is harder to come by. Shop around before you book your next Ink.
AVOID SOUTH YARRA INK. Your money and time will be much better spent.
