The guys in the shop were great.. They took the design me and my friend wanted and made it better with our own personal touch to it.. we had 3 tattoos done few months ago...the guy assured the black ink not gonna fade and if happen then v can come back and have it done.. and today when i went to them to show that the ink already faded... he said they will re do it and i have to pay roughly half price of a tattoo... again he try to assure me that ink not gonna fade, cannot trust them any more... very disappontby their service☹️😤😡 Read Less

The tattoo (my first...to celebrate the bulldogs premiership) turned out better than all expectations. Mark did an amazing job and his attention to detail is impeccable.....the tattoo looks better than the original photo! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in to get a tatt done (obviously) gave them my drawing and then I was told it'd need to be re-drawn so it's tattoo-able and that it'd cost me $50 for the drawing. I was hesitant at first but agreed on the basis of being promised I'd get my tattoo done this week, in the next couple of days. So I paid the deposit. The day comes when I'm supposed to get my tattoo and I call up asking what time they wanted me to come in, and not only did they first have no Idea what I was talking about, they then tell me that the drawing is not finished yet and they wouldn't have time to do the tattoo for me this week. So already pissed off at all the unprofessionalism and broken promises, I said fine then just don't worry about it, I'll come and get my deposit back and they said they can't give me my deposit because I paid for their time to do my drawing, so then I said fine, I'll just take the drawing you did for me and they said they can't give me the drawing because I'm not getting the tatt done at their place. So I ended up paying $50 for absolutely nothing other then broken promises over and over. I've had 3 tattoos done at this place in the past, (hence going back) last one was about 3 years ago. Not sure if managements changed but the staff that's there now have no clue what they are doing and I would definitely not trust them with a needle on my skin!Will definitely be taking this to consumer affairs.
