Had my first tattoo a few months back at VOI Port Melbourne. Went back today for my second as I loved the design of the first one so much. My artist was Stuart, a top guy with so much talent. Drawing the image freehand on me first to then follow, the attention to detail and his desire for perfection is mind blowing. He listened to what i wanted and i let him have free reign with his imagination and artistic skill. And all i can say is. Hes amazing. His talent and style is gorgeous. I spent a full day in store with him today easy to get along with and funny as all hell. His work is beyind amazing and hes happy to work with you if you want something changed. I'd had my eye on a piece of Neon Genesis Evangelion art for some time, and after some deliberation I decided to take the plunge and asked Victims of Ink for a recommendation as to an ideal artist. I was directed to Keith "Rusty" Murphy, who I spoke with a few times prior to coming in for the session. Despite the fact I couldn't come in for an in-person consult (living in Tasmania), he was really accomodating and we instantly clicked over the proposed design. He left me sup...er-confident and excited for the session. When I rocked up, Keith, and the staff at Victims of Ink, made me feel very welcome and comfortable with the overall atmosphere in the studio. Keith sat down with me to go over a few final details and then got stuck into it. It was a huge session, lasting around 7/8 hours, but the entire time I felt I was in safe hands and Keith's easy-going demeanour and constant updates on progress kept me feeling confident and excited. When we were finished, I was absolutely blown away by the results; it turned out so much better than I could have possibly imagined. The colouring, design and overall feel of the piece is perfect and I'm constantly getting compliments wherever I go.m! Keith left the design open for additions in the future, which I fully intend on going back to him to complete. I can't recommend Keith enough, he's amazing! Had 2 tattoos done with them, both with Stefano, great work, great artist, had a good time getting some pain with him 1Their Website is a good way to see the different artists working there, and have a look on their work. Looks really tidy and clean.Nice couch if you have to wait a bit, and read some magazines. If you're looking to get a Tattoo, you should consider these guys for sure. Read Less
