3 weeks ago I got an outline tattoo on my foot. Paid $90 for it and tomorrow I am going into another artist to get the tattoo touched up. I understand that the foot is an area which rubs and therefore tattoos fade faster here. However, I have another symbol on my other foot, same place, 2 and a half weeks old, done by a different artist at Beneath the Machine tattoo shop Alice Springs which hasn't even started fading yet. When I emailed Alchemy about the tattoo I was asked to send through photos, which I did. They never replied. I hate to be that customer, but when I pay money for something, I expect quality, no matter how little or boring my tattoo may be. Read Less

Historically tattooist and shops have had a bad wrap. This place is awesome, super friendly staff that you have had a chat with for hours and cleanliness and comfortibility is the clients number one priority. Not to mention the talent that works there too. May not be the cheapest shop getting around, but it you want good art and it for life I'm pretty sure this would be your last concern. Excellent studio and excellent artists! This is probly the most clean and professionally run tattoo studio I have ever been to (and I have been to quite a few!) Both myself and my boyfriend got some fresh ink done at Alchemy recently and we were both blown away with not just the quality of the artwork but also what a great vibe the place has. Very friendly crew and awesum artists. We will definately be going back.
