extremely disappointed, would never go back or give them any more of my money. Purchased one of their facial “deals” where if I purchase one the second is half price. I purchased this, which was to include extraction + aspect peel + microdermabrasion. On my first appointment I arrived on time and no one came to the front desk for roughly 10min. They said they were just finishing up with a client but shouldn’t be too long, so I asked to quickly go to the bathroom. When I returned I saw that the previous client was leaving. I sat in the front waiting area for a further 15min, even walked down the corridor to see if the lady was waiting in the room for me but no one. After waiting 20min (now 35min after initial appointment time) I tried making some noise (e.g. coughing) to maybe remind her that I was waiting. I know these are silly things but still she didn’t come out. It was almost 30min later (45min total of waiting) that she came out and took me through to the room. She performed the extraction and peel but said she’d leave the micro for next time because she wasn’t sure how my skin would react (as I was a first time client). For the next 3-4 weeks I had the worst skin I’ve had in months, if not years. I read up and saw that after the peel some things come to the surface (she did not inform me of this), but the amount was so disheartening and I didn’t want to do anything or go anywhere with my skin as it was. I’m used to having a blind pimple here and there but I had 5-6 at one time for weeks on end! Anyway time passed, I taught the blind pimples and other pimples that came out with my usual products and my skin got back to normal. As I had purchased the “deal” I knew I had one more appointment left, even though I wasn’t all that excited or keen to go for it. But I had paid for it so I booked in. I got a different lady this time, and thankfully the wait was no where near that if my last appointment. But that’s where the good things ended. This time not only did I not get a micro, I didn’t even get the extraction. They were very busy and the next client was already waiting so I’m putting it down to that... So essentially I paid roughly $135 for a “deal” that was meant to be 2 x extractions, 2 x peels, 2 x micro’s. I received 1 x extraction, 2 x peels, 0 x micro. I didn’t realize the buy one get the second half price also meant get one, and only second of the other... but I didn’t even receive that! Such a dodgy deal and would never return to this place. If they don’t recommend the micro in that session, or they’re pressed for time, maybe they could realize and acknowledge that they hadn’t actually provided what I had paid for and maybe offer an additional appointment to perform the micro?! Or if micro isn’t recommended then offer something else, or another peel in place of the micro’s not done. Just overly disappointed, and complete waste of my money. I don’t get to treat myself to these types of things often and I was so excited when I originally purchased this “deal” but I think I’ll stick to my products at home because they seem to be doing a lot better of a job than this place!
