I walked in on a busy day and was given a business card and told to send an email. So I emailed Aaron my design that afternoon and he responded within a couple of hours. He was very friendly and helpful, which made me feel very comfortable. On the day of I was tattooed by Shaun, who was also very friendly. He calmly explained the procedure to me, answered all of my questions, and let me know where he was going to tattoo first and in which direction, which definitely eased t...he anxiety that I was feeling.
