Allison is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She is not only a lovely person she prides herself on excellent service and skill with many years experience teaching and mentoring hairdressers. She lives and breathes hair and will listen to you and be honest and open to your needs. Alison will ensure you are happy. I recommend Vixon highly!

Purchased a scoopon for a hair cut, blow dry, and half head of foils couple of months ago! Biggest mistake.... my entire appointment took more than 4 hrs and in the end they dint have time for a blow...
Purchased a scoopon for a hair cut, blow dry, and half head of foils couple of months ago! Biggest mistake.... my entire appointment took more than 4 hrs and in the end they dint have time for a blow dry beacuse they were too busy!! Although my biggest concern is the amount of hair loss I've suffered since I've had the coloring done.. I've taken all the precautions and used shampoos specifically designed for coloured hair but my hair has just become extremely brittle and dry!Its dissapointing because I paid a $45 on top of voucher to have the olapex and other "treatments" that supposedly help in reducing hairfall assosciated with colouring! Never ever again 👎🏽👎🏽

I love Alison and felt like she did a good job, however, I was disappointed because there was always a very long wait before my appointment (one day it was an hour) and the process itself always took hours. I do not always have the time to sit in a salon all day.

I had a v bad experience for doing Brazilian blow out(keratin)treatment there, they told me it gonna last for 12-14 weeks but tbh it didn't even last for a week.. I washed my hair after
2-3 days of the treatment and felt like a sticky n stinky wires and I don't know wht product they had used as smells so bad every time I wash my hair.. So disappointed 😔.. will never go there.

So happy with the smooth result it gave me, the stylist knew exactly what I wanted and didn't cut too much hair off as I wanted to keep it long!
The whole experience was comfortable and easy, I was given great advice on how to care for my hair, what products to use and a clear and realistic plan for my future treatments.
Overall Vixon Salon has great service, professional salon, experienced hair stylists.
Will definitely be back, thank you girls!

The girls here are just wonderful. From their incredible skill, their fantastic products and an atmosphere that is as relaxing as it is gently buzzing with enthusiasm. Alison makes you feel like your hair is that of her closest friend and takes the time to ensure utter perfection. I've never had such a spectacular dye job, people literally stop me in the street. I simply refer them to the best Mentone has going for it. Go find your inner fox, you will love it.

Had the best pamper day at Vixon today such a fantastic little salon in the heart of Mentone. My hair got some much needed lovin' Alison is an amazing hairdresser my hair looks and feels so fabulous you've brought it back to life thank you! I also had a treatment with Renee from Ageless Laser & Skin while I was at Vixon. Renee is such a friendly professional therapist with a wealth of knowledge, I walked away with so much information on how to get the best results from my treatments. I had microdermabrasion then finished off the treatment with a 24k Gold Facial my skin looks and feels incredible thank you so much! Look forward to getting my skin rejuvenation treatment next week cannot wait to see the results we get!

Alison is amazing! I've been seeing her for a year now and my blonde colour is always perfect. Today she used the new Olaplex in my colour and I cannot believe the results! We normally do a treatment after but didn't need to today, my hair is so soft and really full looking. It really is amazing stuff, my hair usually breaks so I can never go super blonde but was able to achieve the lighter result today with no breakage. Highly recommended!

Allison is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She is not only a lovely person she prides herself on excellent service and skill with many years experience teaching and mentoring hairdressers. She lives and breathes hair and will listen to you and be honest and open to your needs. Alison will ensure you are happy. I recommend Vixon highly!

Purchased a scoopon for a hair cut, blow dry, and half head of foils couple of months ago! Biggest mistake.... my entire appointment took more than 4 hrs and in the end they dint have time for a blow dry beacuse they were too busy!! Although my biggest concern is the amount of hair loss I've suffered since I've had the coloring done.. I've taken all the precautions and used shampoos specifically designed for coloured hair but my hair has just become extremely brittle and dry!Its dissapointing because I paid a $45 on top of voucher to have the olapex and other "treatments" that supposedly help in reducing hairfall assosciated with colouring! Never ever again 👎🏽👎🏽

I love Alison and felt like she did a good job, however, I was disappointed because there was always a very long wait before my appointment (one day it was an hour) and the process itself always took hours. I do not always have the time to sit in a salon all day.

Alison is amazing! I've been seeing her for a year now and my blonde colour is always perfect. Today she used the new Olaplex in my colour and I cannot believe the results! We normally do a treatment after but didn't need to today, my hair is so soft and really full looking. It really is amazing stuff, my hair usually breaks so I can never go super blonde but was able to achieve the lighter result today with no breakage. Highly recommended!
