Was really keen to get a tattoo here when going on holidays. Sent an email to book my appointment in adavance and after some back and forth emails within a couple weeks i was told they have sent my requests off to the artists. A month went by where i was ignored and i am finally told that bookings are not done so far on advance, which wouldve been understandable if i was told this upon my original enquiry 2 months earlier. Really poor customer service.
