I was very happy with both the treatment and the results of Kerry's work. She shows a deep understanding of the personal aesthetic requirements of her clients, and uses her confidently exercised skill to make the dreamed-of look a reality. She uses a consultative approach, which leaves the client feeling totally in control of the process. The work environment was impeccable too (clean, private, cups of tea, soothing music), and it was a pleasure to spend time with Kerry, in what must often be stressful circumstances for her - with clients having to be kept comfortable and relaxed.
