I attended the Nitai Medical Centre for a routine skin check. The staff and Dr Singh were extremely caring and helpful. To my surprise a melanoma was detected and removed within a few days. Fortunately due to the early detection all was well. It was suggested that I try Photo Dynamic Therapy which also proved to be very successful. I've seen Dr Singh over a few years ago i had Dermal fillers and I was pleased with the result but I went to Dr Singh in February 2017 as I had Dermal filler put in the wrong area from another clinic so Dr Singh disolved the areas and disolved a bubble above my cheek waited a few days then she injected 4mls into my cheeks and under the eye area at the last min everything was going good till 12days the dermal filler under my eyes and a above my cheeks went down and when seeing the Dr she said all good and wouldn't explain why my cheeks went down when I asked her as I have never had this problem before....she changed the subject and went on to focus on my jawline and mouth area for filler which i payed $2,5000, and $2,500 for cheeks and close to $1,8000 to fill the loss of cheek area I am not totally happy even thou the Dr said my cheeks look lovely and it all took 3months other dermal fillers i been to have done in 2 to 3 weeks. I still have a bubble on my cheek. I just seem to be paying. Am totally not happy. Read Less

I highly recommend Dr Singh and her beautiful staff for all your medical or cosmetic needs. I have been to Dr Singh for almost 3 years. I have had botox done on my jawline which has helped significantly reduce the roundness of my face and slimmed it down making it appear more oval. I have also recently got kybella done which helps permanently reduce double chin by targeting fat cells. I had my first session a month ago and was so happy and surprised to see my before and after photos and seeing what a difference it has made to my face shape. Even my side profile looks firmer and more slim whereas my before photo had a more visible double chin and my profile was a lot rounder. Dr Singh is gentle, very friendly, informative and understanding as anyone who is afraid of needles can get anxious such as myself. I was contacted by them and was told that they are providing 15 minutes free consultation for hair treatment and when I went there, they asked me to pay $65 because I did not have madicare card. Even If I had Medicare card why they would charge from Medicare if they were providing free consultation. After that a lady Dr solved this issue and offered me a free consultation. She was not looking very happy and taunting me for payments. She did not do a proper checkup as well. It was a horrible experience and also wasted my 2 hours. Read Less
