I would 100% recommend Rouge Skull Tattoo, if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Went in for a piece today and was so impressed by both Marie and Cesar's work. Marie did such an amazing job with a piece I wanted and was so good to me as a client. Clean shop and affordable tattoos, I will for sure hit them up for another piece soon!
