I walked in with very little idea of what I wanted or what to expect. Staff were awesome, friendly, and extremely helpful. Walked out with a fantastic tattoo. Big thank you to Ruby, who listened to my vague idea, drew something heaps better than what I had in mind, and answered all my stupid questions while she worked. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

It was late on a Thursday night that I saw the Instagram post I'd been hoping for for months - "Cancellation at 11:30am, who wants it?"Ummm, well I'm on holidays and it just so happened to be from one...
It was late on a Thursday night that I saw the Instagram post I'd been hoping for for months - "Cancellation at 11:30am, who wants it?"Ummm, well I'm on holidays and it just so happened to be from one of the tattoo artists on my 'to visit' list so I snapped that bad boy up.Walking into Good Luck Tattoo you are hit with a visual overload. Every inch of wall is taken up with framed flash sheets from residence artists or guest artists who have clearly enjoyed their time at the shop.Like all well presented and well stocked (with highly skilled artists) shops there is a steady flow of clients coming in and out of the door, and it seems like the majority of the appointments actually occur ON TIME! Woah!To assist with drowning out the bzzzz bzzz bzzz of that tattoo gun, there is a huge variety of tunes and a lot of shop banter - it's clear that these guys enjoy working with each other.The average hourly rate is $150 p/hr which is totally reasonable for such high quality work.Would defo recommendo!
