I was greeted by David whom arranged my appointment and he was friendly and very knowledgable. He booked me with the lovely Alex. She made me feel quite at ease and walked me through the process and made me feel quite comfortable. She ensured that I was 100% happy with my chosen brow shape and colour prior to beginning the process. The procedure didnt hurt at all and felt quite relaxing. Had my brow shaping followed by a touch up session 8 weeks later with Ellie. I'm so pleased with the results - she really listened to what I was looking for (natural but slightly thicker than what I already had), was very thorough with the process, and I couldn't be happier! My brows were initially starkly dark but they faded to a natural colour within a couple of weeks. Cannot recommend more highly!
