A big thank you to Candice for such a great experience. I did a heap of research on tattoo studios and Tassy Ink looked like the best shop for me and I'm so happy I went there. I come from NSW and that was no problem for Candice. I sent some pictures and written ideas for my design to her and she came up with amazing artwork for my tattoo. The studio was in a private comfortable VERY clean room and equipment. Hygiene is a priority for them. For a first timer she was happy to ...answer all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She is very professional and thorough with her work. She has an amazing eye for tattoo designs and placement and uses good quality equipment. Really happy with the finished product, above my expectations. The after care sheet instructions worked well for me. Fantastic experience! Candice is so welcoming and friendly. The environment is very relaxing with your own private room for a tattoo and not in an open room around others watching (thank goodness lol). The whole premise is VERY clean and hygiene is clearly a huge priority to the business owners which is very important to me also being a client. Horrible experience. After being left waiting more than 45 minutes past appointment time, the piercer couldn't even complete the task because her fake nails were getting in the way and had to ask my unqualified and uncomfortable friend to put on a pair of gloves and help her finish her job. To do up the earrings she then ripped the thick part of the ring (the part that does NOT go through your hear) AND the embellished decoration on the ring, through the cartlidge of my ear and left it that way... for me to later have to rip back out of my own ear in the shower (to help clear away all the blood- which was down my ear, face, hair and neck.) I have never had such a bad piercing experience and will 100% never be going back to Tassie Ink. Read Less
