Made an appointment yesterday afternoon for a booking for two tattoos with my daughter for 3:30, have just arrived and the store is closed we had messaged them to say we are nearly there and they message back saying “I cant do it today unfortunatley i ran out of needles but i will still honor the deal next week im so sorry for the inconvenience” and we drove 40 minutes to get here for them to tell us that? Not hard to message someone when they are already booked in! Unprofessional never again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Our 26yr old son died tragically yesterday and in our grief my wife and I went to Ink Addiction to get the exact same tattoo (a large Cross) that our son had so we may honour his life. I called Doc (the owner) to explain our circumstances and arrange a time when we could do this so nobody else would be there due to our extreme grief at this time. When we arrived, Doc was playing happy music and whistling to it. I asked him if he could please turn off the music as we have just lost our son and are deeply grieving, he turned the music off for about 30 seconds and then tuned it back on and started cheerfully whistling again saying "that's the best I can do for you". When we again told him about his extreme disrespect for our deceased son and he told us to get out. This man is clearly Satanic and Demon possessed. Never approach this business or this owner unless you are also of the Satanic Occult. When his children die, I hope others play happy music and cheerfully whistle along to it in disrespect of his children so he can experience the same disrespect embedded in his soul forever.
