Had a tattoo done here, I had originally booked in with a particular artist. I turned up 15 mins early for my appointment (I was more than happy to wait). By the time my appointment time came around my artist still hadn't arrived in the store so I sat around waiting for an extra half an hour. I continued waiting for a while longer before I asked a staff member when I would be starting my session. They replied that my artist wouldn't be coming in today and that I should go back another time or get tattooed by the apprentice. I opted to have it done by the apprentice as it was a hassle for me to go back on another day. The apprentice tattooed me quite rough and packed way too much colour in which resulted in my tattoo coming off in large chunks while it was healing. While the tattoo was being done the other artists were telling the apprentice that he shouldn't have been going back over the same spots so much and so hard. I was also charged the full price that I was quoted to get tattooed by someone who was fully qualified instead of charging me at an apprentice rate. I have multiple tattoos including a full sleeve so I know how to take care of my tattoos during the healing stage. The tattoo ended up infected due to the chunks coming out of my leg so I had to go to the doctors to get antibiotics twice. I went back to the tattoo parlour to speak to the artist to tell him what had happened, he wasn't available at the time so I spoke to a different staff member. He said that he didn't really care as once I walk out the shop it isn't their problem. That sort of attitude is just not on and i will never step foot in the shop again. Read Less
