Just had my first tattoo (black and grey) done by Chris right from the start extremely welcoming from whole crew and Chris even managed to fit me in as I was only in town for few days couldn't of had a more willing and talented bloke complete the work very tight amazing straight lines and outcome was much better then i ever expected knowing it was a big ask with alot of small tight details that he managed to capture very well very very happy customer muchly appreciated and I will be back cheers Read Less

Awkward situation. My own fault for not asking the price before it was done. By the tone of the dude, he even knew he was ripping me off when he asked for the payment. 3 minute job cost $150. My first and only tattoo.... felt as a courtesy he could have mentioned how much I was going to have to pay. Other tattoo artists I have spoken to would have only charged $80 for the job. I recently got tattooed by one of black diamond's guest artists. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel very welcome and through out the full three days, I was looked after by Kelly and Amanda, who made sure I ate, drank, had access to their lollies jar, as well as made sure I had access to their movies on their provided ipad. Kelly went above and beyond for me, after 20+ hours of tattooing I was feeling a little worse for wear, and he made sure I got back to my hotel safely (as I'm from interstate)! I can't thank him enough for taking the time out as I've never experienced this level of care and service at any other studio. The studio is an incredible space, clean, comfortable and inviting.
