I haven been calling them almost every week to make an appointment but never got it. They put my name in waiting list never called back. N when i asked them when is the date av for this month their answer would be we are fully booked for 2/3 months, rudely. Again they took my name just incase there is a change but nah never happened again. Never got good ans from them and never got called back from them since end of November till now. Read Less

Each time I have gone to Frontyard tattoo , I have never been able to make an appt - I am given a card , had my name placed on a cancellations list and that's the end of it. I finally managed to secure an appt set for 5 weeks after I made the booking and when I turned up for my appt , there was no record of my appt because the artist had quit and taken his diary with him , consequently losing my appt that I so desperately waited for.. barely an apology was made to me "yeah looks like u were booked with this person and they quit like 2 days ago and took his diary with him - sorry about that , best we can do is try and get u in as soon as possible" .. my appt was at 130 , no phone call by 4pm so I called to see if I could be fit in at all which someone did at 430 .. I wanted 2 small script writing pieces and they only had time to do 1.. low and behold the tattoo took a whole 10 minutes and I was charged an atrocious $150 for the 10 minutes work and yet put on another cancellation list for the 2nd script piece to be done another time .. not to my surprise - I doubt I will receive a phone call to carry out this 20 min tattoo piece .. my small but very significant tattoos are clearly not in anyone's interest at this tattoo shop because they are only small pieces and not worth a lot of money to them , except my $150 10 minute little tattoo with 4 letters and a love heart.. i was originally told when I enquired that it was $150/hr .. I would hate to see what my other half and I would have paid for his 3/4 sleeve and my large rib piece which another tattoo parlour will now receive the benefits of .. the service is rubbish and i was made to feel like a huge inconvenience because I only wanted something small on this particular day which could of turned into more work for them .. I can't imagine they will be all that fussed about losing 2 potential clients because the money they don't get from us - they will rob someone else of.. the tattoo itself I received is great but I will never return Read Less

Loved it!! Randy has now done 2 tattoos and one piercing for me and has done an amazing job every time. Going back to him to finish off the second one (needs colouring in) and so excited to see his work. Gave him a concept and a couple reference pictures and he has come up with something better than imaged!! So happy with the results!! Everyone at frontyard are super friendly and super helpful!! Chris Hester did my tattoo which took about 6 hours in total, he put colour into my tattoo which was originally black and grey roses and looked a bit dull looking. Jayden did such an amazing Job Friday on a Jerry Lee Lewis portrait in memorial for my uncle! The talent is unreal and the experience was great! Such a kind person, amazing artist and extremely professional! ... There is nothing more comforting than being in a shop where the artist absolutely loves what they do, takes pride in their work, respect their clients and really take the time to ensure the overall experience/work is top notch!
