Rick is a champion. Someone I’ve had work on me several times. To counteract the nasty comments written about him recently, targeted from a place of personal attack not actually regarding his work and work ethic, I can confidently say I have never worked with a better artist. Yesterday he spent over an hour perfecting the right design with me, then spent the next few hours actually drawing it on me paying so much attention to detail and I can’t even express how happy I am wit...h the outcome. Had a session with Lexi yesterday for the largest tattoo I've had so far and safe to say it was an experience I will never forget! I did have to lay in an uncomfortable position so that Lexi could get to the tattoo and I winged so much but she got me through it and the end result is amazing. I love the tattoo I got, excellent facilities and what not but unfortunately the only let down was at one point of the night when we brought more people back to get some work done, some girls were offered a lower rate than the flat rate we were given and my friend made a comment that was construed in a negative way. This lead to a bit of confrontation that was unnecessary. Besides that, I do recommend Rick and I didn't quite catch the other guys name. Would probably go again. Thanks guys. Read Less

I got my nose pierced 3 weeks ago and although I was a difficult person to deal with and your shop had other customers waiting I would like to appreciate the patience your employee had with me because I was worried and absolutely hate needles but went along with the piercing anyway and it has healed fine. Waited many years to find a decent place to get a tattoo. After researching and just waiting to find the right vibe in a shop where I was comfortable enough, I found this place to be the right fit. Hey! My sister and I came in today to get a little matching tattoo and the girl that did our tattoo was really lovely and did a really good job. We both appreciated the lengths that she went to make the environment welcoming and hygienic. The only problem we had was that the artist was on her phone quite a bit and my sister sat on the table for 5 minutes waiting for her to finish texting someone before she could start the tattoo which was only a small 2 minute job. Also it being my first tattoo, she didn't inform me of any after care of my tattoo and what not. Other than that, was happy with the job and would probably go back in future. Read Less

Ended up with a serious infection in which the parlour gave me back my money for the tattoo. The apprentice used the same needle on both myself and my partner and had used old ink pots. Nothing was sterilised and it's now feared she used an infected needle. Steer clear.Read Less
