I had my helix pierced here last week and everything was fine. However after being few days I started having issue with it, so went to visit a piercer to get it checked (I am no longer in Adelaide so could not go back). Whilst very thing was fine with the piercing, I was told that he believed the jewellery was in fact surgical steel rather than the titanium jewellery I paid for. Surgical steel is not suitable for fresh piercings due to it containing nickel, and I was advised in the store to have titanium. I am not at all happy about this, and I feel I was ripped off.
