Really unhappy with this place, they have done a number of my tatoos but really bodged the last one up. I was told I could get a touch up but when I called to book it I was told I had to pay again. Piercer doesn't know what he's doing. I went in to get my 'daith' pierced as I had heard it can help cure migraines. I didn't know what part of the ear exactly that is physically but trusted the piercer would know, as that is what they do as a profession. He said 'yes sure, thing I know where that is' and pierced my ear. Two weeks of severe headaches later (worse than they had ever been before) I google when the piercing would start to take effect (if I was one of the lucky people it worked for), to my disappointment I saw that he had in fact pierced a completely different part of my ear that was not the daith. I phoned before writing this to see whether they would re do and the man on the phone said 'too bad, it probably wouldn't have cured your migraines anyways.' Don't get a tattoo there!!! My tattoo is horrible... I got it 2 weeks ago and now half of it disappeared, the lines are not straight, a part of it is so thin that you can't even read it... I'm really unhappy! I asked them if I can get a part of my money back, because I have to fix it up and I really don't want to do it there because I don't trust them any more, but they said they don't do that... that's outrageous! I am a 67 year old great grandmother who has wanted a tattoo forever. I spoke to Chad at Southport and we discussed what I wanted to have done. I went later in the day, feeling very nervous and had my Treble Cleff and musical note done on my foot by Chad and I am so thrilled with the result. Worst business I have seen.. got my eyebrows tattooed & they were so uneven, I informed them as soon as I got home & was told to give it a few wks while it heals then they would fix it up.... so it's now been nearly 4 months & im still trying to get hold of the management. I wish that there was less then one star that I could rate this shop. Horrible tattoo. Even with a stencil they made massive mistakes! Lines uneven, color faded and the whole tattoo is completely off center. When asked to have a look and fix it i was completely disregarded. Disrespectful workers. Nikki was a horrid artist. Absolutely bloody amazing! Michelle at surfers listened to what I wanted and I was blown away by what she has done so far. Half sleeve done and can NOT wait to see the end result once I've gone back. The whole team is like one big family that I am now apart of (can't get rid of me that easily haha). 5 stars... I went in to the Surfers Paradise with my wife. She was getting her first tattoo, me my third. The guys looked after my wife really well, even though it was a small job. They were patient and friendly. My job was much more detailed and complicated. It took 6 or so hrs. In both cases everyone was great to deal with. They were professional and well skilled. Somehow mine has healed in just 6 days and looks great. My wife's does too. Highly recommended. Read Less

No good at all. I bought my husband a voucher to get his tattoo and they stuffed it up. We contacted them and told them that the colour has faded drastically. We gave them photos from when it was done to now. It looks like the tattoo was done over 20 years ago. Not happy. They scarred him too.
