I had never seen such poor customer service until I walked into Living Ink. Upon walking in I got the vibe I was annoying the staff just by merely being there. Of course none of them said hello or acknowledged that I was even there, so I initiated conversation myself in relation to an inquiry I had about getting a tattoo. Their answers were short and abrupt, with them not really showing any enthusiasm whatsoever. One of the female staff members wouldn't even look me in the face when talking to me. I know we all get busy at work from time to time, but I've never come across anyone running a business that's so rude in my life. I would not recommend getting a tattoo at Living Ink purely due to the poor customer service I experienced alone. If you can't be bothered to show professionalism or basic human manners, then I'll take my business elsewhere.

I recently went in for my first tattoo, not knowing what I wanted. After a discussion about my life and background, a pitch for a large custom back piece that could be added to later on was made, using celtic designs for inspiration.
I didn't know what to expect, but 8 hours later and the majority of my tattoo was done (with a small revisit for a touch up and completion of shading). I had great conversations throughout both visits and felt welcomed and reassured.
To say I'm thrilled with the piece is an understatement, as it tells an important part of my life's story. I truly believe that you should be able to explain the significance of your tattoo, and the artists at living ink enabled me to do just that. I will be returning to them for all future work.

I find Living Ink Tattoo to be the best tattoo studio I have been to! They are so friendly and very helpful when trying to book in appointments. The tattooists know how to have a good laugh and you totally forget about the pain while getting it done! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a tattoo.

I was so disappointed at the service provided by living Ink. During my first session, the artist told mid way (that began 3 hours late because he forgot my drawings), that he was leaving, then had to book with another artist. Next session was OK but I had to have a lot of the colouring fixed as the first session wasn't up to scratch. The next 2 sessions were cancelled (artist was ill and someone stuffed up my next booking) . My next session was cancelled due to an accident suffered by the artist (completely sympathetic to this). I was told once he was back at work, I could book in. I tried to book once he returned, and was told he wouldn't be able to finish it. I tried to book with other artists at the studio and were told they can't help me. I figured the artist must have had to go back on leave, until I saw work being completed on his Instagram. I went in for this back piece to cover scarring from a horrible surgery, and after this rubbish, I would have preferred the scars! Go somewhere else!!!

The colour is slightly uneven , has disappeared or faded in some areas.(done June 2017) I was a big fan of tattoos and was hoping to get full sleeves on both arms. Now I am stuck with a tattoo I don't like showing off and killed any desire to get any more tattoos.

My brother and I came into the shop last month in the hope of getting some last minute tattoos in memory of our dad the day before his funeral. Although we couldn't be seen at that time Shaun & the boys offered to stay back afterwards and get them done that night. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable and gave us a few laughs which was really nice at such an emotional time in our lives. Thank you so much! We'll definitely be back soon.

Today, I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with what I can only say is an absolute gem of a place! From the minute I walked into Living Ink Tattoo at Springfield, I was greeted by a very friendly, helpful receptionist and great vibe. The tattooist was highly professional and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the work he did and I really can't recommend them enough!

My brother and I came into the shop last month in the hope of getting some last minute tattoos in memory of our dad the day before his funeral.
