I only wish I had a positive review but my experience with this business was the opposite, worst day of my life! My featherstroke brows were applied in an uneven & unnatural manner in 2015. I’ve always wished I had more of an arch and was advised by the owner that this was possible by her creating me a new shape (by razoring off my eyebrow ends and freehand tattooing them back on) What a nightmare! Besides looking unnaturally strange the ends were not even, one being noticeably longer than the other and one brow was tattooed higher. I was in the chair for hours the procedure was very painful and I left the salon in shock. So far I've undergone over 10 painful and costly laser removal treatments trying to remove there work. Initially I contacted the owner to ask for help to rectify the problem to which she paid me a part refund, showing me no empathy or acknowledgement of any negligence. I contacted owner again to emphasise how negatively this has impacted on my life both emotionally and financially and received no reply. I find it very disheartening that it was not taken more seriously as this is something I have had to live with daily for the last two and a half years and still trying to rectify with laser from my own pocket. The only person I will ever let touch my eyebrows!! I have had my brows tattooed by Nicole numerous times and she has perfected them each time! The best thing I have ever spent my money on! Have also had lip and eyeliner tattooed by her, she is patient and professional (especially with my needle phobia) Nicole never edits her photos so what you see is the real deal. Nicole did in INCREDIBLE job with my brows. I was so nervous how they would turn out as I've never had feather touch tattooing done before but she did amazing. My brows look so natural and fuller. She was so friendly and upbeat during the whole experience and makes you feel like you're just hanging with a friend. Nicole is amazing, and the only person I trust my eyebrows to (I'm very attached to them). Given the shape and inconsistency of my natural eyebrows, powder tattooing works best, but requires much greater accuracy and precision than feather tattooing. Nicole is an absolute wonder at creating powder filled brows that are not heavy, overly filled, or fake looking. Everyone assumes I have a great beauty therapist who waxes and tints them to perfection, but they are really the fabulous and subtle work of Nicole.
