I have no words to describe how bad this place is. I went in to make a small tattoo with a friend, she was supposed to get one too. Both of them were really simple tattoos so (stupidly) we didn't check for any reviews before going there. The guy was really really rude and in a bad mood as apparently someone did not show up and he was alone there. He made us feel uncomfortable and like he had not much time for us. My tattoo was just a simple outline of an island with the name written in it. While I was trying to choose the font he told me he would not spent hours for that and if I wanted I could do that at home and come back...so rude. So I felt forced to make a quick decision which is never a good idea for a tattoo. Finally when all was ready he applied the stencil on my arm but I guess he didn't do it properly so it was all blurred. Being a small and easy tattoo I thought he would be able to draw it anyway. I was obviously wrong. Not only the outline was not the same thickness but the word inside was missing the letter A. I told him and he completely ruined everything drawing an O instead of the A. I wanted to cry at that point but I tried to stay calm and figure out how we could fix that. Nothing helped, it just got worse! And him, not even sorry! He just told me he would not charge me but made me feel like was my fault. That he would not let his reputation down because of this tattoo!! I still can't believe it. I will have to cover it up somehow! So disappointed and sad! I definitely not recommend this place and hope people will read this review before getting a tattoo there! Read Less

Terrible. Rude, blunt, sarcastic and lazy. Went in for a jewellery replacement for a lip piercing, but it was too hard for them. Said i had a phobia of doing it myself, where as, i only went in for convenience and to save time. Still tried to sell me the jewellery though. Don't go here if you want good service. Read Less

Lovely ladies working here. Emma the piercer was lovely and fun to talk to. The artists were extremely talented, quick and precise. Jamie is smiley and clearly enjoys what she does. Clean little tattoo parlour in a good location. Food on the floor below.Read Less

I've been going to Josh since the start of the year now and would not get tattooed by anyone else, his work is amazing and I absolutely love his style and skill, he is also very easy to communicate with and has a great sense of humour! Very highly recommended!! Read Less

I recently saw Jamiee Butters for 2 tattoos. She was very easy to communicate with and took my ideas and made them so much better. She is very quick and light handed and I had 2 amazing sessions for 2 outstanding tattoos. Can not recommend her highly enough. The whole atmosphere at the shop was great both times, a very happy energetic team that you could see got along well. The shop was also very clean and efficient.
