Expected better performance from him as he spoke so friendly with me. Doesnt know how to give a fade as I asked for the sides and back to be faded and the top to have the edges trimmed. Now I have an even cut around and uneven cut on the top. Ridiculous! Read Less

Hardly need to review this shop or it’s team. They have such a massive rep from providing some of the best customer service on the coast. If you haven’t been - get your butt in here. Yesterday I had my first tattoo done by Michael. I absolutely love the tattoo and cannot thank him enough. It was a remembrance piece for my dog. He did an amazing job. Went in yesterday to see Michael for my tattoo, he allowed me to make changes to the design and made me feel very comfortable. Cannot recommend him enough, super observant and very accurate. I don't care who you are, even if you're a rock star, you need to respect people and especially customers. At first they were great by email. They were friendly and said that the artist would be able to do the tattoo for me. So they asked me to go to the studio to finish the details with the artist. We set the date for three weeks later. The day before the appointment they called me and asked to reschedule it for the next day, which was ok. On the day I drove for 40 minutes to get there, and the tattoo artist didn't show up! The recepcionist said that he probably forgot and she would call me on the next day but this didn't happened either. It's very disappointing. A studio that is so proud to say they're the first on some list, and the owner himself treat people with such a lack of respect and unprofessionalism. Read Less

Got my tattoo with Michael and from the beginning (email-over seas-exchange) he was super caring. The work he did is a piece of art, the whole place is super clean, private for each artist and cozy. Michael is very professional in his approach to his work, and listened carefully to what we wanted. It was all about Jennelle and what she wanted, with no pressure to do anything but.
