Had one of my friends privately message one of your staff members about booking with you guys and they posted the private message onto their Facebook page saying “who’s in the wrong here?” Very unprofessional service, especially when dealing with a customer, that’s how you go out of business by LOSING customers. If I owened the store I’d either get them to apologise or fire them on the spot and get someone better in, cause there are thousands more considerate,willing to work artists out there. Plus, the flash tattoos that you guys advertised on Facebook said you can’t do (neck,fingers,ribs or behind the ears) As a tattoo artist, you need to be experienced in doing stuff like that, otherwise your not a tattoo artist, and from one artist to another, you guys need to work on your designs a bit more, I won’t be recommending you’s to anyone, considering on the way you treat your clients! Went in for a $50 flash tattoo and came out with a tattoo worth a lot more. They also fixed up my old tattoo for me. Would give them 6/5 if I could. Definitely recommend coming here to get your tattoos. Read Less

Professional but super friendly staff! I felt comfortable straight away, and was tattooed by Jason. He happily fiddled with the stencil until it was perfect (I've seen too many artists rush this important process). It's been a week and already it's smooth and healed up. Will definitely be back. Had a conversation over the phone and the tattoo artist told me "not to get smart with him and raise my voice" when I responded that it wouldn't be the 1 inch size he was pitching me. This place is great! 100% happy, would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back myself. Jarrod did my tatt - my first one by the way. I walked in the day before New Years to make a booking thinking I would have to wait forever, and he told me to come back the next day and he would squeeze me in. I got writting on my back, and he couldn't of done a better job. This guy is a perfectionist to say the least - which is exactly what anyone would want in a tattoo artist. He put the stencil on about 4 times to make sure it was in the perfect spot and straight - despite the fact my friend who was there thought it looked perfect the first time. I couldn't of asked for a nicer, more patient artist, this is the perfect place to go for first timers. I thought I would be nice and do a review for these great guys as these reviews were what sent me to this place instead of the city, last year I had Jason do my first tattoo which was kanji symbols down my spine which I was quite nervous about as it was rather long for my first tattoo but he was great, very gentle and could tell I was nervous so did a couple of tests spots before that started so I would know what it felt like before he started in case I might back out.. tattoo turn out exactly what I asked for and healed fine in 8-10 days so what more could I ask for.. My second tattoo was only 3-4 months later and I was even more nervous than the first as I was getting a good amount of writing on my ribs… Dave was my tattooist this time, very nice man.. but made me even more nervous when I got there was he said how much my tattoo was going to hurt but I really wanted it done so I wasn’t going to back down last minute which he applauded.. before I knew it, it was over in 1 and a half hours with little to no pain what so ever and was fully healed with 8 days.. I would highly recommend anyone to this place as I am already in the process of designing my next tattoo for them. Read Less
