horrible service. texted me the wrong times for my appointment and didn’t get the service i wanted. i ordered brow wax and tint and only got a wax, so disappointing and annoying. didn’t even bother trying to help. i now have horribly shaped, boxed eyebrows. thanks a lot

The beautiful Hannah took care of my brows this morning and I have nothing but praise. For someone who has a low pain tolerance (Me!!!), Hannah made the experience virtually pain free and my eyebrows....
The beautiful Hannah took care of my brows this morning and I have nothing but praise. For someone who has a low pain tolerance (Me!!!), Hannah made the experience virtually pain free and my eyebrows....have never looked better. They have changed me for the better. Who knew brows could do that??!!

Absolutely fabulous! Nothing but praise for them after every visit - I had no idea my brows could be so good. When they were busy during amateurs week I went elsewhere and regretted my decision, lesson learnt - always book ahead because these guys are in high demand and for very good reason.

Saw the girls for a lash lift and tint- I'm very happy with the results, my lashes look great and the girls were fantastic (friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout both treatments). The salon was welcoming and booking was easy- I'll certainly return.

Hannah also did my makeup & the lovely Chloe my hair for the amaetures & all I can say is WOW...I cannot thank them enough for their amazing work & for making me feel so glamorous!! Got my eyebrows done there once, never again. The girl who did them filled them with brow powder once she was finished which was ridiculously overdone and made me look like a clown. No biggie can wash...
Got my eyebrows done there once, never again. The girl who did them filled them with brow powder once she was finished which was ridiculously overdone and made me look like a clown. No biggie can wash that off but when the brow powder was removed there was a big hole in the middle of my left eyebrow that was not there before and that she had obviously covered with dark powder to avoid me noticing. At $45 a pop for a consultation I expected much more. Haven't been back since.

Gemma, are you sure you went to this brow bar? Definitely not their usual practice to make eyebrows too thin, always promote a healthy full eyebrow.

No biggie can wash that off but when the brow powder was removed there was a big hole in the middle of my left eyebrow that was not there before and that she had obviously covered with dark powder to avoid me noticing. At $45 a pop for a consultation I expected much more. Haven't been back since.
