OMG - it was the smallest tattoo I've ever had, but it was the best (except for El Classico tattoo, Echo Park LA, who are equivalent!) Norm was fabulous. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I love my little Ewe! I've found the best tattooist in Australia! Read Less

Would give more stars if I could. Came in for a cut and cut throat and got exactly what I had envisioned, plus advice to keep it all maintained between cuts. Very impressed. The shop decor dances to the beat of its own drum too, very nice to see somewhere breaking boring old norms and paving their own way. I am bad at names but the young skilled gentleman who did my hair even charges whatever you can afford, this is great for people who are too tight on a budget or even students who just can't afford to get a skilled and slick cut. Got my first tattoo here and loved it. Everyone are so warm and welcoming, thanks to their amazing work I got my second and third tattoo done by them and they did an amazing job!! Love it how the sign out side says walk ins welcome for the barbershop but then you walk in at 3pm and the shop is empty no one in sight and get told no the baber dont wanna cut hair come back tomorrow after driving in to town and plus tryed calling the shop 5 times no answer great customer service Read Less

Completely Unprofessional. When my wife came home I found out we had paid 50% more for the most horrible tattoo I could have imagined. Before today this was one of our favourite shops in Bundaberg so my wife decided that she wanted to get my name tattooed across her wrist by them. A price of $100 was agreed on and most of that was already paid in a deposit. ... They knew what she wanted before her appointment. But today they told her they can't do it. How bad is a tattoo artist that can't fit 5 letters across a wrist? They suggested other areas and this is where my wife is partially at fault as my wife is unable to say no or make decisions when she feels pressured. She was at an appointment and she had already paid for most of it, she was surprised when they told her she can't have what they previously told her they could do and in the pressure of the moment she couldn't say no and went with their suggestion. I can't begin to get my head around how unprofessional a tattooist is if he never suggested any way to make it possible for her to get what she came in to get, simply my name across her wrist. But the unprofessional behaviour continued. When it came time to pay they charged her more than agreed on and they forgot to take her deposit out of the price until after they charged the credit card. And that would be fine if they could actually refund it to the credit card they charged but they do not know how to do that so they refunded the deposit by cash. Still she was charged 50% more than what they agreed to do the tattoo for. When she came home I found out we had paid 50% more for the most horrible tattoo I could imagine. Now she doesn't have what we wanted and the area they put my name in and how large they did the name has ruined our plans for that area of her arm. To say I am devastated is an understatement. What they have done is horrific and they charged us more for the experience. I doubt it would be possible for anyone to ever fix this, the only thing that can possibly be done now is expensive removal which we can't afford. Now we haven't got what we wanted, we have been charged more for something that is horrible and we will have to pay a lot to have removed. These people shouldn't be in business in my opinion.
