I can't recommend Kat enough! She is made for this job and is such a perfectionist!! If I could I'd give her 6 stars, lol. My sister and I went to her last year, let's just say I had a bit of a freak out, but Kat is so supportive and comforting and in the end we eventually got there and I loved them, I was so happy with the result. When it came to the 6 week touch up I felt so much more confident I think mainly because I understood the process better but again I left and lo...veeeeeeed my brows, honestly I didn't think I could love them more, my sister felt the same with hers, we were stoked. We received so many compliments through out the year on them! Fast forward 12 months and we were both back again in their new studio booked in with Kat. I honestly don't trust anyone else, when my sister and I got in the car to leave we looked at each other and couldn't stop complementing each other's eyebrows, we both left feeling like last year we couldn't love them anymore. I recently had a refresh done after a year of originally getting them done. I was very hesitant to see anyone other than Bree .... but after being booked in with Hannah and experiencing her work, all I can say is AH-mazing! First time when I got my browns done I was happy, Melissa was very cool and professional. After 2 months I realised my brows were not the same and I decided to get an appointment again. Fine, I got my browns beautiful. But the same happened 2 months later and I got my third appointment in less than 1 year. The last time Melissa was rude to me saying she couldn't understand why I wasn't happy. Everyone could see my browns were not nice!
