Highly recommend. I wondered in without an appointment to get my nose pierced. He was tattooing someone else and asked me to come back in an hour or so, and was happy to do it even though technically was then past closing. I felt totally safe- very clean and professional space. Pretty annoyed guys. I made an appointment on Saturday, only for it to be cancelled. Then made another appointment for Sunday.... and he gave my slot to someone else! WTF? Third time I spoke to you, I was told I needed to put a deposit down. That would have been fine if I'd been told that up front. Awful for piercings. I went through an incredibly painful process of trying to heal piercings that were not done correctly. Not faulting the tattoos.. Quite a few of my mates have their work done here and they are happy.. Just wouldn't recommend getting pierced there.. *Have since taken out my piercings as they would never heal no matter how well I took care of them* Read Less

Today I went to this place after getting an infected cartilage piercing in Surfers Paradise, to ask for some advice on how to treat it (I know nothing about piercings). The man inside was lovely and changed the bar in my ear for free to one that was a better material and length to treat my infection. He also recommended me a solution to clean it with and told me where to get it from. Don't be intimidated by the tattoos - the staff are absolutely lovely and helped me out today, more than they needed to! Read Less

This is the most down to earth crew I've ever met. It's like a family reunion every time I walk in. Tim is the cousin who will tell you how it is. Even if you don't want him to. Cool Uncle Aaron loves a good dad joke. Or any joke really. Your Aunt Robyn is blunt but also a bit of a softie on the inside despite her bad ass attitude. She's the type of aunt you that wonder about if actually she just one of your parents oldest friends and they've slotted in to your lives no ques...tions asked..? Very very disappointed in this place. Had two tattoos done at the same time a year ago. Two days after, I noticed a weird bubble on one of the lines, i went back to the shop and the guy said it was normal, just had to put some pawpaw, which i started doing. A month later i realised the lines were not straight and not the same thickness all the way round. Travelling in Australia, i was no longer in Airlie but in Sydney and wasn't planning on going back to airlie for touch ups.... The tattoo artists accused me for the lines being wobbly and stopped answering me. Now i have to pay a new tattoo artist to touch up and unfortunately my lines will have to be thickened.. Which is not at all what I wanted (i insisted on the fact that i wanted really thin straight lines). Also, the tattoos stick out, you can feel the ink when passing your finger them. Not sure that's normal.. I have another tattoo and don't have that problem with it.. Big disappointed. I honestly believe the tattoo shop should pay for my new touch ups. See more Read Less
