I can not speak higher of this studio. Not only are the team amazing with their care and customer service but the quality of their work is outstanding-no other studio in Darwin can compete. Their studio is immaculate and their professionalism and final product will leave you wanting more. Unlike other studios they are more than reasonably priced and my tattoo that I had there 6 months ago is as good as the day I got it-I can’t wait to get my next. I’ve recommended five people to tattoo territory and all five were equally impressed with their work. So do yourself a favour and look no where else. Thanks so much to the team, you’re all awesome! Love love love my tattoo with Ren today. An amazing artist turned our sketch into a masterpiece. Nothing to hard and a very easy ti talk to lady who helps calm those pre tattoo nerves! Impeccable! The studio is so unique, clean and modern. From the moment you walk in the door your greeted and treated as a VIP. Comprehensive aftercare is given to everyone from first timers to season pro's, with so much information coming from people with a wealth of knowledge. Its so friendly, there is great music and everyone having a laugh. My artist Shaun was amazing and checked and triple checked the design was 100% to my liking (a cover up from another Darwin tattoo place). I was so comfortable they even gave me the remote to watch Netflix on their TV! Was offered soft drink and chocolate too. Part 1 of my cover up is now done and I'm already so ecstatic with how it looks and cant wait to go back. Went in and got my daughters names and a tribute peice for my brotha done by Jade. WOW. Final result blew me away. It was everything i expected plus so much more. I couldnt b happier and cant thank you enough Jade. Another bonus was the professionalism of everyone in the shop. From the owner Sandy, and Courtney at the front to the other artists makin me feel welcome throughout my visit. It def didnt feel like your normal tattoo studio . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, MOST EXPANSIVE TATTOO SHOP IN TOWN (170$/hr, the one in the CBD is a way more organized, professional and cheaper), NOT RELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IS IT ENOUGH? The first time I walked in the Tattoo Studio I was happily determined to have my tattoo done. But I am not the kind of guy who pick a random tattoo from the tattoo book. I need to have my personal design done because all my tattoos have a meaning.. The first time I asked an aboriginal snake, I have been told "sure, come back in 5 days to see the sketch". I came back and the snake was FAR away to be aboriginal, nothing at all was aboriginal art and to avoid issues I provided an example of "Snake in aboriginal art". The lady at the front desk, upset for my disappointment told me "LOOK, WE ARE WORKING FOR FREE FOR YOUR SKETCH". I thought that was the craziest thing ever, it's like you enter in a shoes shop and a shop assistant tell you "why do you wanna try the shoes? I AM WORKING FOR FREE FOR YOU!". I got a little disappointed by the objection and with a smile I said "I can't have done a tattoo that I have never asked for.. no worries, if you don't want to do the draw for me, it's ok, don't feel obliged". At that point she said "no it's ok, probably there was some misunderstanding in the first place, come back in one week, saturday, to see the new design". I came back after one week and she looked at me "where you supposed to come back in just one week?" I said yes. The tattoo artist answer "maybe I will do it tomorrow". I said "maybe?". She answer again "look we are working for free for you!". At that point I said "is not for free.. obviously I need to see my tattoo before to have it done, anyhow, thanks so much, I don't want you to work for free for me". She said "Goodbye". THIS WAS THE STORY, THE RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER SEEN IN A SHOP, SPECIALLY IN A TATTOO SHOP, WHERE I USUALLY FIND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE THAT WANT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY BECAUSE THE TATTOO IS PERMANENT AND THEY KNOW IT. Fantastic service and excellent work! I can not thank Sandy and her team enough. I'm so happy with the outcome of my tattoo (thank you Gat) but most of all I had a really enjoyable experience. From the moment you walk in the door you're greeted with a smile and a warm hello. If you have any concerns or questions Sandy helps alleviate them and answers all questions with patience and understanding. The studio is really well presented and extremely clean.
