Great customer service very caring and accomodating for what a customer wants. Haven't got a tattoo yet but came in for a quote they stop what there doing to see a customer that comes in very friendly and kind. Have had a few bad experiences going to tattoo parlours being abrupt and rude and nasty these guys are the best!! I Walked in there the other night with a friend to get a small tattoo each and not only were we declined but the artist was extremely rude to two potential clients. Not only this but I enquired about a large back piece concept that I wanted to get drawn up, again the artist was very rude to me and said I couldn't get a basic drawing of my concept until a substantial deposit was placed. The Service was appalling, if they wanted the business you'd think they'd show more effort! Read Less

If you want a quality tatt done by professionals then you don't need to look anywhere else than Fresh Ink. I've had a couple tatts done, but this is my first tatt done by this studio and it will definitely not be my last. The effort and time taken by the crew (especially John, who went above and beyond sorting and tweeking my tatt) if second to none.
