Had a complaint and issue with various points. Dan took immediate action and was beyond amazing with communication and my issues. Visit I didn't rate, but complaints management was great.

Worst tattooist ever, went to this place for my first tattoo. Was something very simple, he used a stencil and put it on,upside down (yes, I should have checked it). He put something else over it to fix it and an infant with a crayon could have done a better job. Missed spots, crooked lines. He had not quite put the stencil on straight and tried to free-hand a little bit and completely ruined it. I have had several tattoos done since then and my advice is find someone who can actually free-hand instead of follow a stencil. I can't remember the guy who did it, big fat bald dude, but I can't believe he calls himself an artist. Hopefully he doesn't work there anymore, this was about 4 yrs ago.
