Tattoo cartel toukley you guys are the best! Ive never seen or heard a bad word from this business nor have i had a bad experience! They let you know that if there's any issues they will fix for free (never been back for a retouch or fix up nor has anyone i know who has been to tattoo cartel ). I highly recommend GRAHAM! We have known and gone to him for quite a while and am stoked his at toukley now! He has done a full back on my partner and i have had my sleeve fixed by him and his just done another great job and tattooed a realistic portrait of a spiritual fox! All the guy's and girls there are awsome and make you feel comfortable and ill be seeing you guys again soon! Thanks again Graham 👌

Very happy with the service I received. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I was able to show the design I wanted and get a quote and lucky enough to fit straight in. Rich was my tattooist and I'm extremely happy with my arrow tattoo; I've got my quote for my next piece and I'll be definitely back! Highly recommend these guys! I cannot recommend this tattoo parlour enough. It is spotless clean, all the staff are wonderful, they are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Graeme is a wonderful artist, very easy to talk to and nothing is a problem for him. Jake also always asked if you needed anything. This is an awesome place to be tattooed.

I cannot recommend this tattoo parlour enough. It is spotless clean, all the staff are wonderful, they are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Graeme is a wonderful artist, very easy to talk to and nothing is a problem for him. Jake also always asked if you needed anything. This is an awesome place to be tattooed.
