People wishing a tattoo beware. I have a half completed tattoo which I am advised by the Needle's Kiss management will not be completed and that I have to find another tattoo studio in Port to have it completed. It is reported that I was rude when I asked for a receipt for a forward payment for the subsequent completion. I was not rude, but more guarded in handing over hard earned cash without a receipt. Lelia, the tattoist, was very good and I am happy with the part of the tattoo that I have received. Although, $675 for four and a half hours is a little exorbitant. When I left the tattoo studio after my initial session, no indication was given to me that management would not complete the tattoo and there was no suggestion that I was rude. I had to wait until I phoned to organise the final session that I found out that the tattoo would not be completed. I can recommend Lelia as a tattoist, but be prepared for a less than satisfactory service experience where the process was ill-explained and there is no EFTPOS available. Read Less
