Have been coming to Detail For Men to have a tattoo removed. Being that the tattoo was so thick and black (and had caused scar tissue by the tattooist going too deep) it has taken quite a few sessions to remove. But after paying for a certain amount of treatments, all of the following treatments were free. My beauty therapist, Sam, was great. I contacted Details for advice on tattoo removal. I had previously had my tattoo removed through other clinics on 20 plus occasion with all sessions being painful and 4 week recovery time. My tattoo was heavily scarred from [previous treatments and my skin was damaged and beyond what I thought could be treated further. My consultation was with Nadia she was experienced and gave my complete confidence that Details could remove my tattoo completely within the 6 paid treatments and what a bonus anything after the 6 treatments was free till completion. I commenced treatment immediately after a test patch was done and was treated 8 times. My tattoo was fully removed and my scarring was treated in the process too. All round I was completely satisfied with the treatment and professionalism on every single visit. Details offered the most advance treatment of tattoo removal the Picoway machine was non invasive and almost painless. It was fast and my treatment was completed in seconds with no down time. I've been coming to this place for a few months now and every time I've turned up the service has been impeccable. It's the go to place for men's care (haircut, style or skincare). Andrew has assembled an awesome team of stylists and skincare specialists (and service team) who keep themselves at the fore front of the latest styles and technics. Special mention goes to Taylor for keeping my mop looking great every month... love your work. Did I mention how awesome the service is??? Yeah this place may not be for everyone, but nor does it purport to be. Full cuts start at $89 if that's not your thing then give this place a miss, if you want to see what the difference in experience and end product is then give it a go. I've tried quite a few top end salons and paid alot more than $89 for a cut, some were great and others not so great and I can tell you these guys are awesome. Terrible advice, terribly executed. Don't go here. I have a very thin widows peaks and sought advice 7 weeks out from my wedding. I was assured that they had the experience and knew how to style it best and how to cut it for the shape of my head. I stupidly listened to this advice and now i look like a mess. The back of the head is uneven and the front only highlights the fact i have little hair there. How is this supposed to be styled at all? Rowen has done a perfect gob. I was very happy with hair style. And when on the next day I've changed my mind on the length and came back for alteration they have done great but shorter haircut again. And they didn't charge me money. Confirmed a booking a facial yesterday for 9am this morning. Got a call at 850 this morning as I was parking cancelling my appointment due to sick staff - pretty feeble apology left . Called back immediately, went to voicemail. Called again, no hello, just a "can you hold". Didn't actually get put on hold, listened to the receptionist have a casual chat. After a few minutes, got put on to the elevator music.. after 5 mins on hold I simply hung up. Not good enough guys. Hope you don't treat all your customers like this. Read Less

I came here on a voucher around a year ago. It was my first hair cut after hair replacement treatment (to the temples) -- and advised the stylist. It was a pretty big deal for me, I had worn a hat for almost 2 years and wanted this to be special and walk away feeling confident with my new style. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted, so asked the stylist what she thought. She was really quite unhelpful - and advised that she doesn't "fix hair" and she would just trim and take ...the weight out. After 30 minutes - I liked the same as I had when I walked in...
