My partner and I travelled to Newcastle to get our sons name tattooed on us at tribal urge last Wednesday (12th July). We wanted his name with his date of birth in Roman numerals. I got mine on my ribs and my partner got his on his wrist. During the time I was being tattooed my tattooist continuously talked to other customers stopping to have a chat. Anyway we got home only to realise our tattooist had put the wrong date on my tattoo. He has put 2018 in Roman numerals in stea...d of 2017. When we rang to speak to the tattooist we were told he was busy and would ring us in 30 mins after waiting almost 3 hours we rang back again this time we were put through to him. He basically said it was my fault I must have written the wrong date but I didn't otherwise he would have got my partners date wrong too. He was becoming rather rude and after asking for a refund for my tattoo so I can pay someone else to fix it up he said he would ring me back at the end of the day with an answer. Well he didn't ring us back. I tried ringing numerous times only to get voice mail because they had shut. I then sent them a message through Facebook and they responded by saying they will refund the money for my tattoo. Well I didn't get refunded my full amount. I got about 3/4 of what I paid. I got my first tattoo at tribal urge and it was an awesome experience, I had gav as an artist and he made sure I was 100% happy with my pocket watch tattoo before he started and he was very talkative and friendly My tattoo turned out amazing Definitely recommend to first timers :) Read Less
