Dear Angus and Coote Merrylands, I am DISGUSTED and DISAPPOINTED in the customer service and customer satisfaction in your store. I purchased a Guess watch that was supposed to be 'water resistant'. The only time water touched the watch was in rain. Which should have been fine, otherwise what is the point of labelling a watch 'water resistant'. This wasn't the disappointing part - after all, it is just a mechanical watch. You can't trust it to be perfect.... The disappointing part was the customer service. Shopping at an Angus & Coote in Stocklands, we as customers expect professionalism and customer service. The rude MANAGER (ANDREA) told my mother off and blamed her for getting water in the watch, then she continued to tell us that we don't know the difference between water resistant and water proof. As if that wasn't enough, she said that we shouldn't buy watches from there or from Guess anymore. This is just disgusting. The manager Andrea left us sickened by Angus and Coote. Went to Chargrill chicken in the food court. Simply wanted chicken and chips. First they tried to insist that i should get the pack with the salad, drink & chips. I said I just wanted chicken and chips. Then they tried to charge me the same price as the salad pack one. I was down at stocklands merrylands on friday night at about 630 with my wife and we just finished our shopping and was walking near cherrybean cafe when one of two trolley attendants were pushing trolleys when one of these clowns bumped the trolley into my wife to move her when i said to him alls he needed to do was say excuse me he said something to his mate in his indian language and they both started laughing i find this to be disgracefull and the management of stocklands needs to make sure that the people working for the trolley place show the same respect that they would expect to be shown because they could injure someone so maybe stocklands should run classes for these clown in manners or the next person they hit might retalliate Read Less
