By her photos she has done a lot of eyebrows and they all look soo much better than the before pic (including mine). I'd go back to her, quite a few make up artists I work with, have actually questioned and praised my eyebrows - thanks to The Eyebrow Studio. First of all you go in for a consultation, she explains the process/asks lots of questions (like do you want fashion/natural/thick/thin/d...ark etc.), you can opt for the cheaper option where you draw the eyebrows you want, or you can pay $200 more and she designs your brows based of what you are wanting. She was upfront, asked me several times if the colour was okay, the shape was okay etc. I actually gave her the freedom to do what she wanted with them, and told her as long as they look fairly natural. So the consultation I had a sample of what they would look like, then I came back for the 1st Appointment and she rechecked whether I still liked the look she did last time, before tattooing them on. It was then followed up by a 2nd and 3rd appointment. They worked out great, and as I mentioned, a lot of makeup artists I have worked with have all complimented them! Suzanne is usually pretty good with responding via email, but there had been one time trying to re-book my 2nd appointment where it took awhile. Now unfortunately they only last around 3yrs (which she mentioned in consultation), and my time has come where I need to get them redone, unfortunately I have moved to Cairns now, but I have considered flying down to Sydney just to see Suzanne and ask her to redo my eyebrows... I not only let Suzanne groom my brows, she grooms my soul. When I got cancer Suzanne was the only eyebrow artist that could tell me what I needed to ask my oncologist. I called other high profile eyebrow artists that didn't know anything about dealing with someone who is going through cancer. I've seen her transform friends of mine too making them look much prettier. I was her very first customer when she started cosmetic tattooing. I wanted me to look good first thing in the morning in the bathroom mirror and with almost invisible eyebrows, nobody looks good. I unhesitatingly recommend her to my friends and they have been equally as pleased with her work as I am. She does a yearly adjustment too. Suzanne know what she is doing!   I have been getting my brows and lashes done for years in San Francisco and have become accustomed to a certain quality and skill from brow and makeup artists.  Now that I live here in Sydney, it was hard to find a good, high quality, focused place to go to.I went to Suzanne about 2 weeks ago.  She did an incredible job shaping my brows (I like them nice and natural), dying my lashes (as dark as possible please) and perming my lashes (so you can actually see them).  They look great, especially the lash perm!  The best part is that she shaped with tweezers only - no wax!I only wish she knew how to thread and added makeup to her services.  (In the US, many high-end brow and lash artists also do makeup, but I guess here we have to go to MAC for that.)
