I had a small tattoo done by Nick Mathews late last year. The amazing work Nick does compared to my small tattoo I was worried he would think oh no.. Nick treated me like all his other clients ... He is so nice so welcoming and made me feel my tattoo is just as important as others.. I went for a touch up last week and he remembered me .. Nick thank you .. For your brilliant work and making me feel comfortable .. My tattoo means a lot to me . My mother passed away from Motor Nurone Disease .. She was always active and didn't stop all day.. Had an appointment for a tattoo, payed $100 deposit. Got very sick that day, laying in bed with fever. Called them up asking if it can be rebooked for another day, they say yes sure but you loose your $100 deposit. Thank you for understanding, big thumb down 👎 Read Less

Poor experience / Time Wasted I had facebook messaged what I wanted with pictures of the concept and style. The reply back was: "We have a few artists that would be able to do this for you....". Today, they advised Samira was the artist to do it. Today, I drove 1 hour to the parlour just to hit with a hard "no" from Samira that she couldn't create the style I wanted from my concept, consultation lasted no more than 3 minutes. Though, one of the pictures of the style I wanted ...had it in the picture. I was very clear in the initial facebook message what I wanted and very clear with the pictures. I wasted 2 hours driving today for a consultation that wasn't even needed. I assumed the pictures was not shown to Samira at all from the person that recommended me Samira. I am sure they don't want to waste their time and mine. Next time, show the pictures from an online enquiry to the artist then reply back if they can do it or not. Because I showed up with the same pictures in-store just to be rejected. Rep that replied to my online message said this artist can do it then the artist said she can't do it.
