The salon is a pleasure to visit as it is stylish, classy and always makes you feel special. The real pleasure, though, is the beautifully shaped, defined and full eyebrows that you always walk out with. Eyebrow Experts Svetlana rushed the Feather Microblading Tattoo. What a Disaster! Not feather stroke microblading - unprofessional work. She bladed short fat black lines above my eyebrows instead of feather strokes. Locked us out of the salon for 2hrs and was running late for her next appointment. New client, HONEST review. NOT RECOMMENDED for Natural Feather Microblading Eyebrow Tattoos. I wanted to fill gaps with natural feather strokes. Svetlana asked why I left a bad review. "Because people need to know the truth. If I saw a photo of THESE eyebrows on a client, I would not have walked through this door!" WHY?! I am a new, walk-in client. I don't know anyone at this salon. This is a genuine experience. A warning to other people looking for natural eyebrow feathering, I wish someone had left a REAL review before I had my eyebrows tattooed here. YOU have been warned. A string of friends posting 5 star ratings - BEWARE! I did research several eyebrow specialists in Sydney and chose the Eyebrow Experts in Double Bay based on the claims that Svetlana is 'the expert of eyebrows', she 'trains in eyebrow tattooing' and is 'highly experienced'. Sadly I chose the wrong salon with my natural eyebrows. My '4 weeks later' PHOTOS (provided in my photo section - Eyebrow Experts is trying to block the photos from public view) show the Black Blue stripes that do not touch my natural eyebrows (Svetlana advised I wax off my eyebrows "They are just fuzz anyway"). After my first eyebrow tattoo visit I have thick 'stripes' ABOVE my natural eyebrow hair... they don't even touch my natural eyebrow! Now I have a 'double eyebrow' effect. 1) The lines are Nowhere close to my natural colour of medium brown, they are black (turning blue) and you can clearly see the real eyebrow from the false brow... not good! 2) The lines are VERY Un-Natural looking thick stripes that Do Not look anything like hair or eyebrows... not feather tattoo strokes I paid full price and top dollar for. 3) Sent an email (no response), called twice the following week (no response). Finally, someone returned a missed call and asked if I could see a different person instead. I said No, Svetlana made these and should correct them. 4) I went in to ask how she is going to fix them, she said "When you come back I will add Orange stripes between the black ones". Are you joking? Today: Its time for my 8 week treatment. I am very reluctant to return for the 'fix'. These badly placed, unnatural looking eyebrows are embarrassing! I am very concerned my eyebrows will be made worse. The saying "first time YOU HAVE been fooled, second time YOU ARE the fool" comes to mind! When I speak to friends, mothers, teachers, shop assistants they can't stop looking above eye level at the eyebrows... most people are polite and say nothing, some look away while talking, closer associates ask "what happened to your eyebrows?". It's embarrassing! YOU have been warned. I wish someone had written an honest review to warn me. I would not have gone here. Fantastic service, product and atmosphere!! I fly from the Gold Coast to Sydney to do eyebrow tattooing by Svetlana. She is professional, welcoming and reassuring. We went over the shape colour and style of tattoo. Once we agreed on it, she put a numbing cream on and we talked. She told me what she was going to do and what I could expect. I really didn't feel much. You can sort of hear it though but that didn't bother me. Svetlana explained post treatment instructions and provided healing cream for me to take home. Had my eyebrows done here a couple of years ago. Was not properly informed about how long the procedure would take or how it was done. I should have known when I saw Svetlana's own eyebrows that I shouldn't have gone any further but I did. Big mistake. They were terrible and uneven and the shape was awful. Thankfully now two years later they have almost completely faded. She also waxed my eyebrows without asking and charged me a ridiculous amount for it. Never again.Read Less
