Went in with a design in mind and on paper. Hannah made me feel like I had come to the right parlour from the moment I walked in. She asked me a lot of questions about my design which made me feel like we were working together. Chel was a perfectionist which is exactly how I like my artist. Wonderful experience. Hannah was very responsive to my many emails leading up to my appointment and extremely helpful and honest in answering questions - she completely put me at ease!
