Had a wonderful and enjoyable experience at the Lighthouse tattoo. Enku is an amazing artist, definitely knows what he is doing! He made me extremely comfortable and helped me go through calmly with my first tattoo. The place overall is immaculate and has a creative vibe which makes you want to return! Got a full arm Japanese sleeve from Alex Rusty @ Lighthouse. Very happy - it's skillfully designed, vibrant & detailed. As a woman, it can be a bit daunting going into a tattoo parlour filled with guys tattooing other guys and being the only female there. However, I can happily say that the team at Lighthouse has been carefully curated so that there’s no macho bull going on. The banter amongst the artists is great because I can have a giggle & it takes my mind off the pain. Alex is very calm & quickly puts you at ease. I highly recommend this artist. Read Less

Lighthouse tattoo is a rad tattoo studio with a great atmosphere with professional and experienced artists. I have to disagree with the review recently written about Vic James. I have been getting tattooed by Vic for a few years - for me he always takes his time designing something unique and putting his own spin on it - so even though they are my ideas they are his designs. Vic James has been working on my sleeve at Lighthouse Tattoo for the last few months. Firstly the studio is fantastic, if a little hard to find. The whole crew are super friendly. A few studios I have been to are pretty unwelcoming and slightly off-putting when you enter – You don’t get that vibe when you turn up to Lighthouse. I went in after seeing a design for a sleeve Vic had done on Instagram. I didn't have a clear idea as to how I would like the sleeve to come together. Vic worked with me to incorporate my ideas and come up with something that looks great and suits me. I can’t recommend Vic or Lighthouse Tattoo enough. Read Less
