I could not recommend Ursula enough, if you want perfect natural feathered eyebrows you HAVE to see her!!! I walked in with a scar on my eyebrow that I have been so paranoid about since I was young, and to my surprise Ursula was able to cover it so it looked like a natural and well shaped brow. Extremely satisfied with how my brows look like considering that it's only been one week and I have a few weeks left until they heal completely. Ursula is friendly and a good listener. She is a professional and pays attention to detail. My case was different as I had to cover an old tattoo which I got done in Thailand and which turned into an orange line above my brows 2 years later... Ursula's work is amazing! I was quite anxious about getting my brows feather stroked but Ursula's gentle nature & extensive knowledge really put me at ease!
