Weird customer service... called ahead to book an appointment, they just told us to come in “before 2pm”, we arrived at 1:30pm then (after waiting for around 20 mins without anyone even saying “be with you in a minute” or anything) were turned away as they were now too busy! Really great customer service! Walked into the shop for a second opinion for my Helix piercing that had gone all funny.. The owners have no clue what a tattoo shop is about. They are silver spoon babies who need to leave it to real artist. Mike was the best move they made in the first season and if they would've let him do the job he was hired for (not to mention they lured him in with the promise of a partnership) he could've taken the shop to the international level. Megan is super talented also but they lied to Mike from day one so watch your back Megan you will be next on the chopping block when they don't get their way or credit for everything even if they haven't earned it. I thought the staff were lovely i got emotional with my design and they were so empathetic really showed there concern and made sure i was ok and told me i could take my time .. they were really helpful in talking through my design and made sure i was completely happy!! Charlie was really lovely!! Probably not the most perfect tatt but nothing to make a big deal about im still wanting to go back and get another.... mayb a little expensive but i think u pay for the experience of getting it done in a well known place thats on tv.. i loved the staff they were all so nice and its the most hygienic place i neva expected a tattoo place to b like a surgery room!!! :) thats what it smelt like!! :) felt safe in getting a tatt and my healed so well!! Tattoo artist was very lovely and did an amazing job with my small tattoo. My bf and I went to go to the bank after and forgot to pay, when we realised we went back straight away. The woman at the counter not only was extremely rude about our mistake that could've happened to anyone, but she also stole $50 from us. She would not admit that we gave her $200 instead of 150, so she gave us $10 back instead of $60. Really disappointing considering the tattoo artist did a really good job. Read Less

Finally, I have been inked.I came to Bondi Ink for my first tattoo, and it will surely not be my last.Nice, clean shop located right across the road from Sydneys famous Bondi Beach. Tattoo artists are working around the clock, and although I cant speak for all the times they operate, walk-ins can generally be seen to straight away.My artist (Nick) was both professional and laid back enough that I felt comfortable straight away and knew I was in good hands.
