An amazing experience...my first ever tattoo and Jack was brilliant...he provided a lot of information...cleared up any questions I had and spent a good amount of time understanding exactly what I wanted and nailed it!! I was so nervous about getting it done and pain but it felt so quick and painless!! Disgusted with the customer service! Got my tattoo done by an Asian lady who charged me 2 hours for planning the tattooo when I clearly sent them photos of what I wanted. The front desk people are too busy rolling up cigarettes instead of greeting customers. Over all disgusted I will never be back and it’s safe to say I will not recommend this tattoo place to any of my friends and family. Read Less

Jack and Rafe are at the top of their game. I was in recently to get a kookaburra tattoo that Rafe designed. I booked in advance, which gave Rafe enough time to draw up an incredible original piece, asked him how much it would be, and then booked in a session with him.... y’know, like normal people do when they want to get inked!? The shop is super clean and the atmosphere is fun. The boys are total professionals and will take the time to answer any questions and offer advice / guidance on design, placement and aftercare. Absolutely disgusted. Left in tears. Came in to put a deposit on and the guy behind the counter treated me with complete disrespect. I wanted a tattoo which is an extremely personal one and he made me feel stupid and belittled me in front of other customers. Read Less

Came in with my two sisters who were visiting from Victoria, was stoked that they fit us in. We all wanted a celtic sister sign. M.J Did all three of us and i have sent an email privately with no reply. Unfourtnatly as my sisters had to go home there is not alot we can do, but we all have massive drop outs and two of us have the black line thicker in some areas than others a very small tatto on the wrist $180 each and not a good job.
